I'm Alex Salop. I run Complete Product Marketing.

I've spent the last 20+ years doing product marketing inside emerging tech companies — at VC-backed startups like Mindtickle, and Allego, and now as the operator behind CPM. I've shipped Tier 1 launches with short notice, built win/loss programs from nothing, written the positioning that closed enterprise deals, and stood in front of Gartner often enough to know what a useful analyst briefing looks like.

I also run Island Analytics, a small-business data practice. That side of the work keeps me honest: product marketing without measurement is opinion, and I'd rather be useful than loud.
